Lusterware plates Hand Painted Poppy Design set of 4

Such a beautiful design and color combination. The hand painted pink, orange and white poppies stand out from the warm apricot background, sprouting from the dusty teal foliage. Four plates in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There are minor color variations in the apricot background typical of this kind of china but two of them are more distinct and I've photographed them. Plates measure 7 1/4" in diameter and are backstamped 'Made in Japan'.
