I will respond to all questions and purchases within 24 hours barring unforeseen circumstances.

A pretty draw-string pouch is included with each purchase, perfect for gift giving or keeping.

LENGTH: If you would like the length adjusted on a necklace or bracelet, email me. I would be happy to accommodate you. I will let you know if it requires an additional cost depending on the length and the added components.

CUSTOM ORDERS: All custom orders require a 50% deposit before beginning. Custom orders are not returnable once a design has been agreed upon.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
****Please respond with an email to confirm you have received the total for your purchase within 24 hours after my initial email to you. Please indicate whether you will be paying by PayPal or money order (see terms of payment below).

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

****MONEY ORDERS are to be received within 7 days of my invoice.

****Payment not received within the time-frames listed will be cancelled and will be returned to the shop. We understand that things come up, so if payment will not get to us within the time-frames listed, please email us. We will work with you, but please maintain good communication. If circumstances arise that prevent you from honoring a Purchase Order commitment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may make that item available for sale again. THANKS!

****SALES TAX: All New Jersey residents are required by law to pay a 7% sales tax.

*****RETURNS: Please notify me within 3 days of receipt. All jewelry must be in their original condition with all tags, insured and received by me within 7 days of notification. After receipt, a refund will be issued for the purchase price less any shipping or insurance fees.
