Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping is either by USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (Parcel Post may be available on larger items). Insurance is recommended but not required for most purchases as I can not be responsible for loss or damage due to handling by the Post Office.

I am ALWAYS happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases.

International buyers (Canada, Europe, Australia, Netherlands, Japan & Singapore) are welcome on most items, PLEASE see individual listings & email me for your shipping fee.

Restocking Fee:
I hope you will be very happy with your purchase however, if your aren't, you may return it per Ruby Lane's Return Policy and a 15% Restocking Fee.

Other Information:
YES, Lay-Away is now available! For Purchase Orders of $100.00 to $300.00: I require a non-refundable deposit (PayPal cash transfer, check or money order) of 1/3 Down - includes shipping/ins., 2nd payment is due within 15 Days and the balance to be paid 15 Days later.

For orders over $300.00: I require a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 Down - includes shipping/ins., 1/2 of the remaining balance within 30 days, and the final payment is due 30 days later. Items will be shipped after the final payment is received.

*** Deposits (less restocking fee) will only be refunded if purchase order is canceled within 7 days of being placed. After 7 Days time, store credit may be an option.

** New York Residents (only) please add 8% Sales Tax to the purchase price. If you have a valid NYS Resale Certificate, a COMPLETED Resale Form is Required.
