This Elegant Filigree style Lavaliere Pendant Dates c.1905 and is made from SOLID Gold. The bail is slightly Rosey in color, however the rest of the pendant is Yellow Gold EXCEPT for the Dainty applied Leaves (with hand engraved accents) on the drop & the narrow bar that connects the Bail to the Pendant - these are all GREEN Gold with a Roman ~ pebbled finish.

Feminine Pendant features delicate wirey filigree and a CRISP Buttercup mount that holds a RUBY Red (pink) faceted 'jewel'. The VIBRANT stone has not been evaluated by a gemologist... may be a Doublet (appropriate for the period), glass, synthetic, spinel or genuine.

Unlike many lavaliere necklaces from this era, there never was a (rice) freshwater pearl dangling off the bottom. Antique Pendant (with JULY Birthstone) is in VERY NICE CONDITION! It MEASURES ~ 1 1/2 Inches Top to Btm. & is CLEARLY Marked "10K" on the top of the Bail. It will come to you on an age appropriate slightly Rosey 10K Gold 19 Inch Long Pendant Chain. ** If you do not need the chain, please let me know & I will adjust the purchase price.
