This is one of the PRETTIEST Vintage Immaculate Conception Medal Pendants I have ever come across. Dainty Art Deco Era religious medal is Sterling Silver, Multi-Devotional & almond shaped.

The front of the Miraculous Medal depicts a FINELY Detailed Virgin Mary with her head covered (wearing a flowing robe), arms outstretched & beneath her feet is the date "1830". In addition, embossed around her in capital letters is "O Holy Mary Pray For Us". What makes this vintage medal different is the image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (above her head).

The REVERSE has 12 stars in an oval, a cross & other religious icons - the Symbol of Jesus and Mary with the Twin Hearts as given to Saint Catherine Laboure. In addition, there is the image of Saint Anne holding the Baby Jesus.

Multi-Devotional Art Deco Religious pendant MEASURES ~ 1 Inch N-S (excluding loop for a charm bracelet or pendant chain) and is stamped "STERLING" on the Reverse. It is in VERY GOOD CONDITION! ...has been lightly polished but still displays OLD Patina that could easily be removed if so desired.
