Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays shipping and handling. Items are shipped Canada Post AIR service when possible and cost efficient, otherwise parcels will be shipped by Surface to keep costs down for you. PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT responsible for damage during shipping, we do pack very carefully, however, Canadian insurance only covers LOSS when items are shipped outside of Canada, it does NOT cover Damage. Currently we are shipping weekly on Fridays. Buyers are responsible for any Customs Duty charges that are applicable.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
We prefer Pay Pal or International Money Orders (and they should be International PINK money orders - please do not send the Green - US postal services type as they are only negotiable in the U.S. ) We do take Personal Checks. However, personal checks may cause delays as we need to wait until your personal check clears before we ship your order. IMPORTANT NOTE: We reserve the right to re-list any item if payment has not been received within 14 days from the date of the purchase order.

THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX! Sometimes if we use our imagination we can turn old "treasures" into Everlasting Treasures. You might see a pretty little sugar bowl that you like but don't want to be bothered hunting down the creamer to match.....why not be creative and use the sugar bowl for a beautiful dried flower arrangement ....or put it in the bathroom with guest soaps in it, or cotton balls....or many other ideas.....your only limit is your imagination! Many items can be used in creative ways that have nothing to do with their original use. Teapots that have no lids make beautiful planters. Old decorative pocket planters make great pencil holders. Always try to think of ideas and methods that won't damage the original item. The idea is to be able to use the beautiful treasure in your home so that you can enjoy it and still retain it's original beauty and value.
