They measure approximately 2.5" diameter and are made of black painted metal with an array of clear prong set sparkling rhinestone accents. Clip on in style. No mark.
Some of the stones, although quite sparkly, do show some discoloration upon close inspection using a loupe. Otherwise these are in fine vintage condition.
