We do want you to be very happy with your antique treasure. All items are guaranteed as described!

We will respond to all Purchase Orders & Emails usually within 48 hours. If we are on vacation we answer when possible or upon our return. There may be times when the time span will be long because of extenuating circumstances such as electrical failures, computer or phone line troubles from storms, etc. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding in these situations.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for USPS Priority Mail shipping (or best method) with Full insurance & signature or delivery confirmation.

Always very careful packing to ensure your treasure reaches you safely. If Damage incurred during shipping: Buyer is responsible for filing claims & contacting us immediately for necessary Insurance receipt forms.

Restocking Fee:
We do charge a 10% restocking fee on returned items in some instances.

Other Information:
An Invoice will be sent for all purchases, please pay from our invoice only. All Purchase Order Invoices are due upon receipt and Must be Paid within 7 days. Mailed Payments must be Postmarked within 7 days.

N.J. residents must pay 7% sales tax at time of sale and will be included on our Invoice. Dealer Resale Certificate copy must be submitted to be tax exempt. Thank you!

To protect the credit card holder, we do NOT take Credit Card information over the telephone or in email.
