Although there isn't a date of issue on the Tablecloths & Bedspreads #224, 35-page booklet, I am guessing it was in the 1950-60s as the price is 35 cents. The Popular Crochet #204 booklet containing 35 pages sold for 65 cents and was issued in September 1979. Both booklets are in nice condition and are complete.

I admire anyone who has the patience and stamina to actually complete a doily, let alone a tablecloth or bedspread. There is one pattern in the bedspread booklet that is to die for. It is called the Puritan Bedspread. It is absolutely gorgeous and has so much detail.

The Popular Crochet booklet covers beautiful doilies, vanity and chair sets, as well as a crochet trimmed Huck towel. Classy. There are also several edgings.
