Aunt Sammy's Radio Recipes was produced by the Bureau of Home Economics, U.S. Department of Agriculture. I am offering one of the cookbooks that was compiled from recipes on this radio program they produced to enlighten housewives on cooking hints and recipes that would provide a variety of foods for their families and utilize the available fruits, veggies and meats of the season/holiday.

This booklet has 400 of the most popular recipes and 90 of the menus included in the 1926 "Housekeepers' Chats" -- the name of the radio service. There are some very interesting recipes, for sure.

This soft cover booklet contains 142 pages, including index. All recipes are from scratch...no mixes.

The booklet is in very nice condition with clean and untorn pages. I found no writing or tears. The only defect is a spot on the front cover (see photo).
