This is called a footed candle lamp for a pillar candle, but I use it at Christmas time to fill with ornaments. I have also seen them used as a terrarium, as the curve tends to keep some of the moisture inside and the plants thrive. I digress.

This is a lovely Princess House footed candle lamp pedestal bowl. It is massive and impressive. It measures 9 1/2" tall x 8" wide x 6 1/2" at the base. The cutting is "Heritage" and it is simple, yet elegant. The glass sparkles.
