How many times have you had a package of hamburger, part of a beef roast or need a different marinate for that steak fry? This cookbook is all beef recipes and has been compiled by the Lee County (Iowa) Cow Belles, who specialize in promoting beef.

This spiral bound cookbook contains 82 pages of recipes plus the index and pages pertaining to the purchase of beef, measurements, etc.

I find no damage to this book, except for the lower lefthand corner of the front cover, which has some tan spots from coffee or tea. The pages are clean and I found no tears or writing.
