REDUCED "Quad-City Times Sinfully Delicious 1984 Cookbook" - Desserts

This Quad-City Times cookbook not only has some pretty awesome recipes, but a photo and a short write-up of the category winners. These are favorite recipes submitted by QCTimes readers for the 5th annual Quad-City Times contest which "skips straight to what many people believe is the best part of any meal -- dessert!" Over 1800 recipes were submitted, but the recipes in this cookbook were declared the best.

The sections are: Cakes, Candies, Cookies, Low Sugar, Pies, Quick/Easy and Special/Holiday.

There are 128 pages, including index. The pages are clean, although there are a few recipes that have an "x" next to them, which I assume the former owner had tried and liked the results. In fact, I found one that was marked "Excellent" -- Apple Chip Cookies. I may have to try that one before this book disappears. It sound moist and spicy. I found one page that had a lower corner turned back, but no tears. It has a wire coil spine.
