Limoge France Forget-Me-Nots Gravy Boat and Underplate

This lovely gravy boat and underplate are marked with the green Limoge, France under the glaze. This piece was hand-painted by an artist named Tidd and is signed in gold.

The base measures 7 1/4" x 5" wide and the gravy boat is 6" long x 4 1/8" wide. There is no damage to either piece.

The shape of the underplate coordinates with the shape of the boat...both very gracefully curved. The forget-me-nots and light blue background add just enough design to the pieces to add interest, but not be overpowering. When not in use, this gravy boat would make a lovely display piece.
