Blue Delft Moederdag, 1973 - Mother's Day Collector's Plate

The solemn, wistful mother is probably sitting near the window and remembering her loved ones and reliving the memories of younger years. This Blue Delft Mother's Day design was issued in 1973 and is from Rembrandt's Mother Etching of 1631.

The plate measures 6 1/4" wide and is free of chips, cracks or crazing. It has the original wire hanger, which is unique. Lovely piece.
