Fenton made these blue opalescent hobnail cornucopia candleholders mainly in the 1940-50s. There were two sizes and this is the smaller candleholder, which goes nicely on either side of a centerpiece. It measures 5 1/2" tall x 5 1/2" long with a 4 1/4" base. I find no damage.

What a gorgeous bell. Not only the coloring and the hand-painting of the Lenten Rose, but the graceful and frilly shape. Very flippant. This Lenten Rose was issued in 1998, is gold iridescent in a diamond optic pattern and is trimmed in white milk glass. The gold iridescent color is gorgeous. The Fenton Blue Roses on Blue Satin was made in the 1980s and there were two shades. This is the lighter blue and is the #7237 BL ruffled 7" basket. The blue roses were painted by Jim Andrick and the artist has signed his name on the base. The Blue Rose on Blue Satin series is becoming popular, once again. This basket measures 7" to the top of the handle x 6 3/4" wide x 5 5/8" deep. It is free of damage.

Fenton issued the Blue Roses on Blue Satin only from 1978-80. This lighter blue is the original color tone and they changed to a different formula later on. There are nosegays of roses on the front and back, with smaller sprigs of flowers on the sides. The top is finished off with a double-crimping treatment which gives it a flippant attitude. There are no chips, cracks or scratches and the bowl is signed on the base by the artist, C. Gearhart.

This lovely dish is Fenton's Cameo Opalescent in the Grape pattern. It is Fenton's Ware #8225 and was only made from 1979-82. It can be seen in John Walk's Compendium. It measures 5 7/8" x 2 1/4" tall. There are 12 panels around the bowl with scallops at the top edge. The Fenton oval is on the base. I had a lot of trouble capturing the color and should have taken the photo outside but was unable to do so. The color is strong and the opalescence is soft and warm looking. Great detail.

I believe this pattern was originally brought out in the 1930s, but the provincial blue opalescent version was in 1987. It is Fenton's #8323 OO and is in beautiful condition. This bowl measures 6 1/4" x 3" with an opalescent lacy border which measures 1" wide and finishes off this lovely piece with a frilly...rather flippant appearance. A bowl with an attitude! It is my understanding that these older blue opalescent hobnail pieces are becoming harder to find since Fenton announced it may be closing.
