This booklet was issued in 1974 and is called Volume 16. It contains 43 pages of gorgeous doily patterns, some with beads and some without. The examples are beautifully photographed and laid out in large...almost life-sized displays. There are some beautiful ones and plainer. My favorite is Golden Harvest. The book is in very nice condition.

The Star Book #228 was issued in May of 1965 (35 pages) and the Lily Book #208 book was probably issued in the 1950-60s (35 pages). Both booklets include patterns for doilies, placemats and centerpieces. The Star book has doilies knitted, crocheted and tatted.

This Des Moines Register Needlecraft Service pattern has a copyright date of 1946, although it was mailed on Dec. 28th, 1956. It is an Alice Brooks pattern and is her #7065, Snowball Quilt. The envelope and pattern are in very good condition, as the former owner took very good care of her patterns. I believe some may have been looked at and stored away, as many do not appear to have been unfolded much.
