Kandell & Marcus N.Y. is a rare name in costume jewelry. Judging from the Art Deco design, this appears to be made in the early 1940's. This stunning brooch has the brightest and highest quality rhinestones. All are all prong-set with 7 faceted glass crystal dangles. The dangles end with a beautiful clear glass purple bead. This wonderful brooch is signed and in excellent condition.
