Morton Pottery Celadon Green 6 inch Pot Planter

This beautiful 6 inch planter is by the Morton Pottery Company of Morton, Illinois. The Morton Pottery company made many different kinds of pottery pieces from the 1930s to 1976.

This lovely green or celadon green pot is marked Morton USA on the bottom.

It measures 6 inches across and 4 inches tall. The matching saucer is attached and the pot itself has a drain hole to the saucer.

There is some light crazing and the unglazed ring of the base is quite rough.

The lines along the side of the pot and the uneven inverted peaks along the rim give this piece a striking design or look.

Great old piece of pottery ready for your African Violets or other plants.
