This attractive, embossed, antique post card features a Thanksgiving vignette in bright colours. A turkey on a cross-hatch textured background within a lucky wish bone is depicted.

The following sentimental verse is expressed:

"A Joyous Thanksgiving I wish you a Thanksgiving full Of happiness and when you pull Your turkey wishbone, too, may you Have the wish you wished come true."

This postally-used, "Made In U.S.A." postcard is numbered T-112. It was mailed in 1919 from Milwaukee to a Mrs Snow of Calmar, Iowa.

This piece of Thanksgiving Day-related ephemera / memorabilia is in good condition with a few attendant signs of wear (i.e. franking & album marks). It would look great framed or displayed as a decorative holiday accent to grace your home.
