Attractive 'Bird Bursting Through' Deeply-Embossed German Antique Easter Postcard

There is a realistic three-dimensional look to this little paper treasure. The bird with a sprig of flowers in it's beak looks to have come right through the card! The edges of the "opening" are "curled back" adding to the realism.

This card was "Printed In Germany" with instructions in English & German. It is inscribed on the obverse and reverse and was posted from Chicago to Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1908. It is in good, attractive condition.
