This attractive, friendship-themed antique post card features three Thanksgiving vignettes in muted, pastel colours on a cream, cross-hatch textured background. A riverside scene with autumnal trees, a turkey within a red circle, and a selection of harvest-time garden produce are depicted.

The following sentimental verse is expressed;

"I'm Thankful For Your Friendship... As on this day we offer thanks For all the blessings we have here. I wish to say, above all things, I'm thankful for your friendship, Dear."

This postally-used, divided back post card is numbered "1304 D". It was mailed in 1920 from Oakville, Ontario to a Mrs Jackson on Chestnut St. in nearby Toronto.

This piece of Thanksgiving Day-related ephemera / memorabilia is in good condition with a few attendant signs of wear. It would look great framed or displayed as a decorative holiday accent to grace your home.
