Vintage Embossed VALENTINE Post Card - 'Yellow Roses' ~ c.1920

This attractive, embossed valentine card features the following sentiment in a period script: "I greet thee, Valentine".

This sweet, old post card features a full-colour, realistic illustration of yellow roses framed by a heart shape against a textured, silver background. Unfortunately, the background doesn't scan well but the flowers look lovely!

This postally-used, divided-back postcard was "lovingly" sent in 1920 from Orton, Ontario to a Miss Jean Baxter in Toronto. This antique, greetings card is in good condition with a modicum of the attendant signs of age & wear (i.e. blunted corners, faint lines)

This charming piece of early 1900s-era ephemera / St Valentine's Day-related memorabilia is eminently suitable for collecting/displaying.
