This is a genuine original, antique inner cigar box label. This unused, embossed label for the Canadian Club brand of 5¢ cigars ("Manufactured by T.E. Brooks & Co.") features the name in a Gothic script. There is a coat-of-arms and symbols of Canada such as the beaver and maple leaf. This early 20th century, chromolithograph label measures 8 1/8" x 7" (approx.) and was printed by the Consolidated Lithographing Corporation of Brooklyn, N.Y.
