Verified DeLizza & Elster JULIANA jet and aurora borealis necklace - gorgeous, sexy, and dramatic! Features a raised 1/2" aurora borealis "sunburst" center with jet marquises around the central element and seven variable length aurora borealis rhinestone dangles, each ending with a tapered jet navette. Rhodium-plated base metal. All stones are prong set.
Adjustable, versatile 18"L with a fishhook style clasp and a larger aurora borealis chaton at one end. The pendant hangs 4"L by 2" is diameter (sunburst centerpiece).
Unsigned - JULIANA was never signed and came with a paper tag. Openback stones, solder pools, unusual mix of stones and colors are characteristics of D&E JULIANA jewelry.
Excellent, sparkly condition. Extremely flattering. The necklace looks equally great against your skin or over a turtle neck.
It can be found on pages 196, 199, and 205 of the "Art of Juliana Jewelry" book. It is valued at $350- $425 with the pin. Also shown in a 10 year old edition of "Unsigned Beauties of Costume Jewelry" by Marcia "Sparkles" Brown.
