I will ship all items within one business day of receipt of payment.

Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. I ship world wide. Prices shown do not include shipping and handling fees. I do not usually charge handling fees, however if an item takes extra special care I will charge a small amount. I will ship however you would prefer.

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to any returns.

Other Information:
I ship all items priority mail unless otherwise requested. I will not ship an item without a confirmation slip. Insurance is optional. I will contact you within 24 hours of your purchase and ask that you contact me within 2 days after my initial e-mail. If you are paying via Pay Pal payment is due in three days from purchase date. I will send you an invoice from Pay Pal to make this easier for you. If you are paying by money order payment is due within 7 days from purchase. If payment is not made within the requested period of time I will relist the item.

Layaway is now available for any item over $100.00. Prices are firm on all layawys.
Layaway Terms For Sharing My Dolls N' Stuff:
Layaway may be used for any item over 100.00. 1. 1/3 down secures "Sale Pending" on item purchased. 2. 1/3 payment due within 30 days of 1st payment. 3. 1/3 and final payment is due within 60 days of 1st payment. Once these terms are agreed upon I do expect payments to be on time and for the correct amount. If for some reason you can not make your scheduled payment you need to contact me ASAP. 4. If layaway fails a shop credit will be issued in lieu of any type of refund. That store credit MUST be used within 6 months time or it will be forfeited. Special arrangements will always be considered.

When filling out a customs slip for any non US sales the full sale price will be listed on the customs slip. I will not lower the price.
