I've been collecting dolls for many years. When I first started to collect I figured the best books were those that told you about just one type of doll. If you wanted to know about China Head dolls you bought a book on China head dolls. I have learned from other doll dealers that the best books on the market are the Collectors Encyclopedia Of Dolls Volume I and II. This is Volume I. I have found dolls in this book that I have never been able to find in any other books. Doll values are not in this book. This book is for knowledge only. It's rated one of the best. To be truthful since I've purchased by two books I am always looking at them or checking about a doll in them. This is a must book for any serious doll collector.

Condition: USED! The dust jacket is worn and torn in several places. The outside cover is discolored from age. The inside pages are fine. They are all present. They are not torn or worn in any way.

I am not representing this book as anything but used. Being used does not take away from the value of what is inside. Anyone who really wants to know about dolls needs to have these two books! As with all of my items this come from a smoke free home.
