This is a vintage hand embroidered towel. It measures 20" long and 11" wide. The material is a fine muslin cotton. This is circa 1920s. The hand embroidery is made up of several flowers. This was one of the most popular embroidery pattern. The tiny silk x's are done perfectly. I'm sure this was a gift for someone many years ago. During the 1920s every woman's magazine would tell you how every homemaker would love a towel. A new pattern was always included in the magazines.

Condition: Like New.

The cotton towel has a small drawn work line around the hemline. As with all of my items this comes from a smoke free home. Did you know if you purchase more then one item shipping is free within the US?
