This is one line piece of crochet work edging. It measures 40" long and 1.2" wide. It does have the string at the one end to either finish if you choose, or simply tie off. This great bias hem facing is turkey red and made of sateen. It comes in the original paper sleeve and is made by "No-Rinkle Products Co. Inc." San Gabriel, California. I did unwrap the bias to make sure there were 2 1/4" yards. Condition: Like New. There are no rips or repairs of any kind. This is a group of three very large rolls of muslin trim. This looks like the black lace has been printed onto the sheer muslin material. It also looks as if it was cut from possibly a bolt of larger trim. I have not measured how long these three pieces are, but they do measure 2 1/2" wide. This is a bolt of vintage Le Roi velvet trim. It is made in Switzerland and is 100% rayon. It measures 1/2" wide. The top of the bolt has a hole that has yards marked off. If I'm reading this correctly there would be 2 yards left. Please see picture. I have only unraveled 3 feet worth. They have this named as Sapphire. I think it looks more turquoise in color. This is a faconne fabric. It was used for making hats. You would use this trim around the brim of the hat. Faconne is made of silk or a rayon weave. This is a very fancy weave.
