AT AUCTION Victorian 14K Stickpin or Small Hatpin With Sapphire Moonstone

This pin is 2 5/8” long and in excellent condition. The stone is a deep blue and has sort of a moonstone effect when you move it around in the light. It is signed with what looks like an arrow through a heart with a 14 and something else inside (I tried to photo it but it is just too small). I tested it with an acid test and it tests to 14K gold.
