Vintage Black Linen Fringe Hat

This vintage hat is really cool in black linen with “petals” that stick out kind of like a feather hat. It’s more of a headpiece or headband as you can see. It is in good condition - I think it should be ironed or something to straighten out the fringe more but I was unsure of how to do that. Might need a cleaning although it does not have any stains or smell bad.
