Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays all shipping,handling and insurance charges.We will be glad to provide shipping estimates before you buy,but we need your zipcode.
Foreign buyers pay shipping charges REGARDLESS of how a piece is advertised,no exceptions.

Restocking Fee:
No restocking fee, but we don't refund shipping costs and non-recoverable fees paid through Paypal, for instance.

Other Information:
We will do lay-away plans for items over $150.00 with a 30% down payment will gladly work out a payment plan that suits your individual needs. Down payments are non-refundable and payments must be made in a timely manner unless other arrangements have been made. Items being returned after being put on layaway will not be eligible for a refund, instead you will receive an in-store credit upon safe return of the item or items. 10 Business day hold on checks.


PAYMENT IS EXPECTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF COMMIT TO PURCHASE UNLESS WE AGREE TO OTHER ARRANGEMENTS.

Pay Pal users are expected to pay within 24 hours of our response to their commit to purchase.
US buyers need a confirmed address to use Paypal for payment.
We will ship to any address YOU REQUEST.
