Beautiful antique Porcelain ink blotter with botanical handpainted flowers, outlined in gold scroll work, very nice.. Marked with shield FS Altrohla Austria & C on back, and in excellent condition. Dates around 1900 you just don't see too many of these, especially in this condition.
