Our Service Pledge To You:
I will do my best to respond to all questions and or orders within 24 hrs. We do go away for long week-ends periodically, however I promise to get back to your inquiries or purchase orders right away!

I do my best to get your items shipped within 24 hrs. The majority of the time I am able to ship right away.

**I do launder or have items dry cleaned professionally. If the item is never worn vintage I have to remove the tags, but will enclose with the items.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
I package well, insuring you receiving your item safely and in a timely manner. Most if not all of my items are insured and I use delivery confirmation on all items I ship.
If you need your item sooner, I will do my best to oblige.

I ship both Parcel Post and Priority Mail. If you have a preference please let me know prior to purchasing.

There are some countries I cannot or refuse to ship to. Sometimes the tariffs and restrictions are just too much.

All items shipped out of the US is by Priority Mail with insurance.

Restocking Fee:
No restocking fee.

Other Information:
I do offer credit card payments and payments by E-Check through PaypaI.

I also offer bank to bank transfers, there will be a 15.00 charge as that is what my bank charges for this service.

We also have an interest free layaway plan for items priced 100.00 or more. Just ask for our terms.

There will be a 7 day shipping delay on items paid with personal checks.

Return customers have a 2-3 day delay, at the most. Return customers are also given special treatments when it is do-able.

I also offer a 7 day return policy.
