Vintage & Unusual Hand Painted Prussia Plate Dutch Theme Marked

Now, here is an unusual item marked W. ST. Prussia. It has a Dutch lady & 2 children in a landscape theme. I would date this plate to the 1930s or 40s. It has holes in the back for hanging and it's in great condition. There are no chips, cracks, crazing, stains, etc. This adorable plate has a high gloss glaze and measures 8 1/2" wide and feels like pottery. It is really quite different and sure to get many comments. The holes for hanging do not go through to the front of the plate, so this could be used as say a cookie dish.
