This bowl is just too cute! The frog is sitting on the edge of the bowl among the flowers, looking so cute! I can find no faults with this bowl at all. The glaze is very high gloss and pools, I guess a norm with Majolica. There are no chips or cracks in this piece. It is initialed on the bottom with D1 or DI. There is some lime residue on the rim, but it's removable. I would recommend cooking oil and elbow grease for this function. :) The bowl measures approx. 5 1/2" wide and is 3 3/4" to the tip of the frog.
