Evan Picone Vintage 1970's~1980's Red Polka Dot Blouse and Skirt Set~Outfit 10/12

This is just the cutest outfit. The skirt has an elastic waist with a sash that ties. This set is marked a size 8 and petite. It is larger than an 8 my dress form is an 8, it was big, and it isn't petite. It fits me and I'm not petite. Please check the measurements below. The blouse buttons up the back with 8 red buttons, it also has light shoulder pads. The skirt has belt loops and a 65" sash for the waist. The skirt also has the sewn down pleats that flare out at the hips. The material content is rayon. I just had the set dry cleaned. The outfit is in beautiful condition, free of snags, holes, stains, fading, etc. It is perfect for a year round wardrobe.

The blouse measures 38" in the chest, 15 1/2" in the shoulders, the sleeves are 10" long, and the total length of the shirt is 23" long.

The sash is 65" long, and 3 1/2" wide.

The skirt waist is 28" and stretches to 34", the hips are 44, and the total length is 29".
