All of these wine goblets are just too sweet. One is a figurine of a monk, a swiss girl (2), a fireman, and a little gentleman in a topcoat. All have gorgeous gilding around the belly of the glass, the rim, and the base. Amid the gilding on the glass are etched grapes, leaves and stems. This is a gorgeous candy dish. I love the color and the design both. The dish is not marked but was made by the Hocking Glass Co. during the depression years. This measuring cup is a real beauty. I love mine, but I only use it to measure, and always hand wash. This one is very clear, this old glass all have bubbles and squigglies in it. though. There are no chips, cracks, stains, scratches, etc. The measuring cup is marked Fire King Oven Glass, but the word glass is backwards. It looks as though Glass may have been stamped twice. I love these old storage dishes. I use them often, not only are they saving on the environment by not using plastic wrap, etc. They just look cool. This is a great vintage measuring cup. You can actually get 1 1/4 cups in this. It is marked in 1/4C and 1/3 C units. It has very minor use marks, no chips, dings, cracks, rough edges, stains, etc. It is marked AH on the bottom. The measuring cup is a wonderful piece for everyday use or for a collection.
