Our Service Pledge To You:
All purchases are guaranteed to meet with your complete satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned and you will be issued a full refund of the purchase price. To do so, simply follow these guideline:

1. Inform me within 3 business days from receipt of the item.

2. The item must be mailed within 3 business days from the day of notification of intent to return.

3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We prefer to use USPS whenever possible, and require all packages to be insured. If you prefer another method of shipment, please mention it.

Purchase more than one item at one time and I will ship them together (if possible) to save you money on shipping.

Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of my careful packaging, this must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. I will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent will request to examine it.

Shipment: Your item will be mailed after verified clearance of PayPal "E-Check" (please allow 5 banking days).
If you pay with money orders or credit cards, your item will be mailed on the next mailing day following receipt of funds in our accounts. PayPal and all credit card purchases will be shipped to verified/confirmed credit card billing addresses ONLY; please ensure that you give the correct shipping address on your Ruby Lane purchase order.

The cost of Shipping plus Insurance will be added to your purchase total. Insurance is mandatory and items will not be shipped without it. There is never a Handling Charge.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Virginia residents will be charged a 5% sales tax.
