This is a beautiful vintage pearl pendant. I know this isn't exactly a lavaliere but the chain and the way it's constructed all reminded me of one. There are 9 cultured pearls with the largest at 6mm in the center. These pearls are very bright and white with a nice even finish or luster. They are set firmly into a star or starbust gold backing. This piece is light and comfortable yet solid. The pendant is marked 14k and the chain is also 14k and measures 15 inches. This piece has a bale on the back so if a long chain was desired it would be a piece of cake to switch it out. 1 inch wide on the pendant.
