Hiller, followed by sections on "How to Measure", "Breads Used For Sandwiches" and "Fancy Butters and Salad Dressings Used for Spreading Bread for Sandwiches". Several butters and dressings are offered, including green pepper butter, olive and anchovy butter, cooked salad dressing and bacon sauce.
The calendar portion offers such treats as orange honey sandwiches on February twenty-fourth, ripe olive and English walnut sandwiches on August seventeenth and chicken and tomato sandwiches on December fourteenth.
The next section covers "Hot and Cold Beverages", including teas, coffees, reception cocoa, punches, egg-nog and specialty beverages ("Chicago Cooler", "A Brain Duster" and "Ginger Ale Cobbler"). The final two pages are "The Index to Recipes".
