SOLD 4 OF THESE COWBOYS....OTHERS WILL BE RE-LISTED...THANKS....What a neat find! These 3 1/2" tall lithographed tin figures are often attributed to Marx Toys, though these do not carry the Marx logo they do appear identical to those by Marx and were likely a little bit earlier than the Marx. Some are marked as products of "The Far West Cattle Ranges," and some are marked "Made in the U.S.A." only. These were used as targets for a small "cork" gun. Each tin figure carries a point value on it's base. The two Bandits on horseback were 20 points each, the Native American Indian 20 points, and each of the Cowboys, (those with and those without their horses) are 5 points each. These remain in "played with" but Very Good / Great Condition. Very well cared for, the lithographed features are fully present. The figures bend to create the base and the base carries the point value and information on the "character." There are NOW ONLY THREE OF THESE FIGURES LEFT. THEY WILL BE RE-LISTED SHORTLY..

I hesitate to categorize these miniature COWBOY & INDIAN FIGURES as toys in this day when safety has become a predominant concern but will do so with the understanding that vintage toys are listed as collectibles only--not for a child to play with.
