1950's Auburn Rubber Company Toy Red Barn & Animals

From the late 1950's this Auburn Farm is in Great Condition! The red barn is imprinted on the bottom with the Auburn Rubber Company information. It is not actually rubber though but a soft plastic. The barn still has the clear plastic window intact at the loft area, the Mule's picture "Old Plug" remains intact on either end of the barn, both doors and complete windows are present, and one tab out of the two remains on the bottom making it still useful to store and carry the animals as originally intended. There are 10 figures, I believe when new there were around 20. I don't believe that the duck or fencing included are original to the Auburn Farm or Barn (probably Marx) but the other 8 animals and the Farmer's Wife are definitely Auburn. I have other animals that will be listed separately. Seven of these 10 figures included are part of the original group that would have come with the barn (the white ones). Some of the other figures that will be listed later may also have been part of the original set but are just a fraction of a larger scale (as is the Farmer's wife) . These animals included are clean, unchewed, and fully intact and are all the soft pliable rubber like material! The duck is the only odd fellow which apparently was painted at one time and now has some paint loss. The animals include: (2) large sheep, (1) lamb, (1) horse, (1) Family Dog, (3) pigs and (1) odd duck. The other "figure" is the blue Farmer's wife and then there are two sections of fence and of course the Barn.. A very nice walk down Memory Lane for me but if you aren't familiar with this old red barn it measures approximately 5" x 3 1/2" x 3 1/2". The animals range in size from the 1 1/2" tall horse to the 1" tall dog.
