This lovely pattern of Roses is aptly named Rosalie and carries the mark of William A. Rogers / Oneida Ltd. Overall, this silverplate service for 8 remains in very good used / vintage condition. There are 35 pieces offered here:

(8) knives,

(8) forks,

(8) teaspoons,

(8) table soup spoons.

Also (1) butter knife, (1) sugar spoon, and (1)extra tablespoon for serving.

In general the pieces polish nicely and remain shiny. The set is lovely, though vintage, and not absolutely perfect. Out of the Service for Eight, these are the age and use related issues I have found:

Two teaspoons show minor pitting spots.

Two of the Soup Spoons each have one small spot.

One "Extra" Soup Spoon (enclosed for serving purposes) has a few minor spots.

One knife is quite worn on the handle and One knife has two small areas on the handle where the silverplate is worn.

Trying to describe each little "spot" detracts from the overall beauty of the set. From 1938, the flatware set has been used but does still remain quite lovely. A beautiful touch of elegance to your table.
