"The Isle of Circe" Plate in Cameo Stone by Alan Brunettin

This limited edition plate was sculpted after Homer's Odyssey in solid lapis blue Incolay, cameo stone. The plate is dated December 31, 1984 and was crafted at the Incolay Studios of California. The collector's plate is First in the series of plates based on "The Voyage of Ulysses." The cameo style sculpted scene, in an ivory color, is offset by the deep blue background swirled with the same ivory color in a marbled effect. The 8 3/8" plate has a Greek Key border. Excellent Condition.
