This Anniversary Plate can be used year after year because it 's banner reads "Happy Anniversary" and does not specify a year!--That's a plus! Signed Pearl China Co., the plate is also marked with a pattern name of Platinum Rose. I'm not sure how many locations the Pearl China Company had, but at least one of their locations was located in East Liverpool, Ohio where other renowned companies were located-- (Homer Laughlin for example). The 10" plate is perfect for serving a 9" layered cake or even as a small platter perhaps at that Anniversary Party. Beneath the name of the China Company the plate is also marked 22K, U.S.A., and hand decorated. The centered Wedding Bells and the wild rose print around them are much shinier than appears in the photo. There are no chips, cracks, or crazing. The plate is in EXCELLENT Condition!
