This lovely vintage piece of Japanese Nippon is a rosy hue and beautifully painted pictures of nuts and leaves. The five nut bowls have matching leaves and nuts in their bowls. This is a lovely and beautiful example of the Japanese Nippon wear. the signature has the M for the Morimura, brothers, (one of the main importers) and the green wreath for the Nippon sign.

This is a lovely muted Nippon Vase with a network of Open Flowers. The handles are gold and there is nice light bead-work on the outlines and an irregular opening on the top. It lifts up and has a fluted look. It is a very large vase 9 inches, the handles make a 7 inch spread. There are 4 flowers on the front and one large open flower on the back. This 5 inch vase has clear yellow roses and gold accents and beading. A bit of wear on the gold in the handles but other than that it is clear and perfect. The rose background is clear gold. The Nippon mark is clear and the green wreath is open at the top. Nippon generally refers to Japanese wares that were made from 1891-1921 it does mean it is from Japan and older than Made in Japan.

This cameo is carved from a shell. These are usually from Italy. The bezel set shell cameo has been framed with twisted rope design. A lovely cameo and fairly impressive it is a little over 1 1/2 inches long and 1 1/4 wide. I would judge the age of the cameo from the 50's Notice the detail of the gold-filled frame. It is marked with a logo that I can't read and also says 12K GF. A beautiful cameo!!

These necklaces are called Gaspipe Necklaces There are two here. One inside the other, one is a gold tone and a little over 1/2 inch wide. The other necklace is a little over 1/4 inch wide and a white tone. Around 16 inches long. Fold over clasp is the closure. The wider one is almost 18 inches. They are both in good shape some wear. This lovely dome Sun-face ring is a little over 3/4 inch across the face of the Sun. The size is a hair generous. This is especially hard to make because of the dome and the arching of the pieces that are put together. The ring tested sterling and is signed on the bottom of the top. It looks sort-of like a sun-face! This is an older Zuni ring, I am still trying to list the rings in the old box that I had put away.
