This 1950's knock around toy is a Circus Clown. His head is soft plastic and he has a hard plastic orange mid section. He is mounted on a rubber suction cup base. The base is in somewhat deteriorated condition. This old rubber was very hard to keep supple over such a long period of time. They are replaceable now. There is a tiny bit of teeth or chew marks on the brim of his hat and some soiling and wear due to his age and obvious likability. He stands 8" tall, his body is roughly 3.5" in diameter and the cup is 2.25" across. I would say he is in VG+ condition.
