This is a rather large Tiger's Eye stone pin or broach from the 1910's to 1920's era. The silver framework is a very fine filigree design. It is unmarked silver and I can find no signature. Notice the ' c ' clasp closure for the pin. This pin measures 1.25" by 1.75" and I would tell you that it is in MINT- condition only due to the slight bend I found in the pin itself. What a great piece of craftsmanship from the period.
