This is ONE OF A KIND! Just look at the craftsmanship. This is an ORIGINAL wrought iron based brass extending floor lamp for placement near your piano or in the parlor. I must say that I think the white globe has been replaced. It may be newer than the lamp itself. The chimney is original as is the rest of the lamp. Notice the three raised lion's faces on the globe. When the lamp is as short as we can make it ..... it stands 62.5" tall to the top of the chimney. When extended to full height it is 78" to the top. Have you ever seen one built like this? WOW The base is roughly 20.5" from leg to leg. The center tubing is roughly 1.875" in diameter. It has a push button release to raise and lower the upper lamp. Everything is in perfect working order. The oil pot is about 7" in diameter, brass and I showed you the only ding on the lamp that I could find. The white glass globe is about 9" in diameter and about 9" tall. The openings are about 4.125" in diameter. What have I left out? The patina is awesome and the age shows under close inspection. These were typically made in the 1920's. We believe this one to be around 1926.
